I'm the creator of Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage.
How did I become known as the lymph expert? It all started after 2 decades of practicing deep massage techniques left my body wrecked. From neck and shoulder pain to tendonitis in my hands and wrists, every massage was excruciating.
Determined to heal myself and other therapists who were experiencing the same, I began to analyze everything: my previous education, the pain I was feeling, and how I wanted to change the future for every massage therapist.
I combined my myofascial trigger point work, medical massage training, and manual lymphatic drainage techniques to create a new modality focused on treating pain and inflammation for your clients while being extremely easy on your own body.
